Small group trainings  

Training sessions in small groups of 3-10 athletes. Players will work with our experienced trainers, Coach Thomas or Coach Kevin, on the skills and knowledge needed to be a successful player!

Ballers

One of our most popular workouts! Hosted once a week for ages 5 and up! Coach Kevin works with kids on the fundamentals of the game while creating a fun and exciting workout! The kids get better but  most importantly they have a blast every week!

Advanced Trainings

Advanced trainings are available for the more experienced and dedicated athletes. Train with our head trainer and work on elite level skills, speed and agility, knowledge of the game, and learn how to get yourself to the next level!

Open Gyms

Throughout the year we will host open gyms for the youth of Citrus County on Friday nights to come and play 5 on 5 games.

Camps & 

Leagues

B.L.A. hosts or helps with summer camps and basketball leagues throughout the year. Including one of our very popular programs only located at B.L.A. the Train & Play League!

Custom Workout Programs

Talk to one of our trainers and ask for an at home workout program. Our trainers work with players in the gym but will provide home workouts designed to help you become stronger and faster to increase your athletic performance.
